Why HDL Is In There, But LDL Isn't
This is the detail that surprises people who've been paying attention to their LDL number for years. The required inputs for PREVENT are age, sex, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes status, smoking status, kidney function, and BMI.
